It was my first time using the food tracker and what a wakeup call! I can actually see what I'm eatting during the day now and it's pretty frightening! I tend to not notice now badly I eat, mostly carbs and fat - no wonder I'm always sick! I've got to start adding the good stuff and taking away the bad...this is serious, I'm so embarassed at myself!

I have to say though, that this food tracker think is mighty rockin:-)

    Yeah, we like the food tracker! One annoying thing is that if you change your exercise program the food tracker resets your goals. Well, I find it annoying as I'm trying to eat less protein than the thing wants me to eat. On the positive side, you can see how by doing more exercise you could include more in your diet without losing the plot. Check it out.
