For some reason today I'm struggling with getting *enough* calories in. I had a good breakfast and lunch but no time to snack. Now I'm doing my JC Turkey dinner and 2 kinds of veggies and I'm still 250 cal short. I don't want to eat some of the leftover candy that's in the jar because I know I won't stop at just one or a few. I don't want to eat just for the sake of eating. I suppose I could add a JC snack bag like the popcorn but I don't really feel like it. It's the good side of the calorie delemma!
