Trying to get back on track

I have put all of my weight back on. I know that Sprk People works because when I am on it, I lose the weight. I can make the excuse that I have not had the time and it would not be a lie. I am back to work and I picked up a second job teaching after school 2 days per week. Plus I am studying for a big test to get certified in Middle School Math/Science and I have been trying to get 2-3 hours of studying in per day. I am going to try to at least get on and track my food each day and not worry about the fitness or the points. If I can at least get the food tracker done, that will be an accomplishment!! I have to say that I feel good and that I am motivated to get back on track!!

    Sounds like you definitely have a busy schedule! Try and get back here as much as you can and you'll get back on track before you know it. Best of luck to you!

    You can do it. Although you are busy add the small stuff in. Park farther away. Snack on Veggies, and try studying while doing squats or marching. All will help you. Good luck!
