Last night, I set up my meal planner for what I was going to eat today. I even packed a dinner to take to work, because I knew I was going to stay late to get some CPA studying in, and that I should eat before leaving for home.
I only deviated from my plan with 2 pieces of candy. a twix and a kit kat, both fun sized. Which was actually ok, because I was under on my calories and WAY under on my fat. The half of an avocado that I forgot to add last night put me at just the right numbers.
All in all, I think I did fairly well. I should at least get an A for effort. And I'm even making a second blog entry! Ash gave me a good idea though; to start a food/health/exercise blog so that the whole world is holding me accountable. Not a bad idea. Lets see how long I can keep up this blog before I go out and start all ambtious on something else.
Well, its time to study, so I'll get that done, eat dinner, go home and then maybe try and exercise. Wish me luck!
