November Challenges

Monday, November 02, 2009

Take Sammi (the puppy) out for a walk 2-3 mornings a week to try and stem the Wave of Destruction.

Exercise for 60 minutes a day.

Make sure I get sufficient "Me" time. With all the upcoming potential activities with family and friends it's important to also have recharge time, as an introvert.

Start gearing up for the holidays. Are we going to stay home for Thanksgiving this year (my hope) or go elsewhere? Gift exchange with the family, yes or no?
Which parties will we be attending? I can start thinking about it now, and be prepared, because the next two months can be challenging. Finding time for exercise. Eating right. Scheduling.

A fun but potentially crazy time...

How are the November challenges going? My willpower keeps coming and going (along with my appetite!) but I'm not giving up!

That sounds like a good plan, the holidays are always full of parties and goodies around our house. November consists of Thanksgiving and 4 birthdays for us. This year I am doing my birthday and my daughters birthday on Thanksgiving to cut down on some of the bingeing.

I'm glad you are remembering to include your "me Time" it is so very important.
