I hope everyone had a good Halloween weekend
Here it is 5 whole months that I've made a lifestyle change with Sparkpeople and it was one of the best decisions that I've ever made in my life.
This month:
* I'm down 41.3 lbs. I've lost another 10.1 lbs this month, so I'm very happy with my progress.
* STILL zero binges to report
* I completed the C25K program along with my first 5K!
* I joined the gym and I absolutely love it. With that, I've really started incorporating strength training into my routine and I can see my muscles start to change.
My goals for November are:
1. Lose another 10 pounds! I can do it!
2. Work on my first 5K time of 39:16
3. Increase my weights with ST'ing
4. Try more recipes
5. Try some morning workouts
Okay..I've taken some pictures which is very brave of me to share with you guys. In these pictures, I can def see the 40 lbs gone & I can see the areas where I myself, want to improve on! Take a gander, and let me know what ya think!
