I've been doing really well, since mid-July, but it is now time, for a good kick. I notice I'm falling into old habits in the evening.....eating cheese and crackers. i've also been at the Hallowe'en treats. BOO! I'd like to get myself back in gere!
I do quite well with exercise, and have no problem keeping that going. I love water aerobics, and do it 4 times a week. I do Hot Tub, yoga, once a week.
I do try to ride my ex. bike, on Saturdays, and sometimes in the evenings.
I'm starting a new trend of only eating a piece of fruit at night, and hopefully, I'll lose more weight before Christmas!
