First 3 days down.....many more to come!!!!

Today is day three of my workouts and meal plans, I am really ready to lose this weight and have a healthy lifestyle!! My sister is my motivation she has lost 35 in 1 1/2 months... I can do it too!!! Thank you Jen! In the past I could never stick to a meal plan because I didn't like any of the foods as I am a very picky eater :( but this site is awesome because I can pick my own meal AND PRINT out a grocery list which has been the biggest help so far!! I rewarded myself for my first half week for burning 886 calories and eating right for 3 days... I went out and bought myself some workout stuff like hand weights and a workout ball and a new skipping rope! Soo excited to get this new week started!! Burning tons of calories and eating right! drinking lots of water as well :) 427calories burned so far and 11 glasses of water!!!!!!!
