A New Month

I can't believe today is November already. My diet & exercise have been relaxed lately because I haven't been feeling well and I was discouraged by not having a weight loss after trying so hard. Tomorrow is a new day though and the beginning of a new month where I am going to give it my best! Also, soccer season is officially over and that will give me more time. Halloween was also the start of the "holiday season". It has already been hard to leave the candy alone which is unusual for me. I wish everyone the best in the upcoming months with their wellness goals!

    There is something about the beginning of a new month that just seems like the perfect opportunity for a fresh start! :) Halloween is a big milestone for holidays- Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away now. Yikes!
