So I went out and bought Biggest Loser for the Wii this was the reward I gave to myself for getting back into onederland. I set up my profile and everything got on the Wii balance board to get an accurate start weight, yeah there was an increase from wednesday's weigh in but I'm not stressing because I know the reason's.
Reason 1: I have been slacking ofon tracking what and when I eat
Reason 2: I have not been on top of my exercise game
Reason 3: TOMis due tomake an appearance any day now
Reason 4: I have not been drinking enough water
Now reason 1,2, and 4 are all modifiable reasons so I just have to put something in motion and get this train back on track. I am no longer going to sweat the small,if I fall down that just means I have to get right back up. I can and I will complete this journey it I know there are going to many valleys compared to the peaks but I am going to get there.
Anyway back to the point of this blog. So I bought the Biggest Loser for Wii decided to set up an 8 week challenge because there are approximately 10 weeks left until the new year. I'm no saint and I haven't got this weight loss and working lifestyle down to a science yet so I figure the extra week or so will be a little bit of a cushion to get down to my self imposed target weight of 187.2 which is a 10% loss from my start weight of 208.4.
My views on day 1of the BL wii 8 week challenge
OMG I absolutely love this game, I felt every last movement especially the plank moves. my workout was set for intermediate and the workout today was all about working my core. I did three circuits of various moves from jogging in place to squats to planks( I hat doing planks). Al in all my workout was 36 minutes with a 6minute warm-up and 8 min cool down.I can't wait untilI can afford to get the Bodybugg so I can determine accurately my calories burned instead of guesstimating. I am almost positive I burned way more than what the game is telling me. Well you would think I punished myself enough with the workout but no I decided to do a cycling challenge. The challenge involved two moves that in essence aren't very hard but when you have to keep repeating the moves. I came in first in all the round except when it got down to the final three I think I just ran out of steam I came in last and got eliminated.
Now that I am officially sweaty and exhausted I am recommited to this lifestyle change. Hopefully I can get my weight back down before Wednesday weigh day.
