Finally my Body Fat% is dropping (I've been struggling for half a year to get this number down). While it took almost 2 months to drop 2.2% that's HUGE progress for me (I'm very Happy)! Abdominals being the most stubborn area, I'm glad to see that my waist is down 1 inch. In order for me to reach 10% body fat I need to get my waist down to 30 inches (That's only 3 inches away).
I did lose some muscle mass, which is expected when your losing weight. But I'm much more leaner now, I can see the difference in the mirror as well as my recently recorded Insanity workouts videos.

My body fat % might be lower than I have stated here, because I'm using a lower number for my height instead of my actual height. I did this mainly to keep me motivated so i can push harder.
I'm giving myself another year to reach my ultimate goal of 10% Body fat. That's .5% a Month for the next 12 months. That's surely doable!
