A lot of my friends have been having reflections on the past (year, month, week, day, goals, etc). That has got me thinking....
I don't really make goals. I don't know why either. I guess when I used to make goals, I never really met them and I kept getting disappointed, so why make them? I don't know... So ANYWAY, I decided to make a couple of goals. (Thanks Ang for the inspiration!)
Goals for November:
**Go for a walk with Subaka at least 10 times
**Plan weekly meals
**Stay within calorie range at least 20 days
**Exercise for 10 minutes at least 15 days
**Do not stop at WaWa more than 4 times
**No eating after 9pm
I think that will be it for this month's goals. I'll re-evaluate them at the end of the month and see how I did.
By the way, I know that the time you eat really has not much to do with weight gain but I tend to eat (A LOT!) late at night. I just need to stop eating late at night PERIOD. I put 9pm because I have rotating shifts at work and sometimes don't even get home from work until 7:30 and don't have a chance to eat dinner before getting home.
