As part of this week's BLAH weekly challenge we are all required to write a blog on our progress. Here's mine.

It's safe to say I must be doing something right
I completed my 7th 5k today. Women In Distress Safewalk 5k Walk/Run. I was joined by Kisha and Jackie and baby Jamir. We had a wonderful time. I ran all the way. When it was all over, It was just as exhilarating as all my previous ones. I didn't make a PR .. previous timing was 35.14 mins .. but today's timing of 36.35 mins still put me in 2nd Place for my age group .,,,I'm 56 ...Needless to say, I am on Cloud Nine. .I was presented with a Certificate and Medal.
