Well I was finding it hard to keep up my entries and pages, though I continued to read my emails and work hard to get more fit. After a cortisone shot I was able to slowly get back onto the treadmill and get moving. I was at 222 when I started that. In September I fell at work, and had to lay up for three weeks. All my years of arthritis and I had escaped back pain. The fall resulted in back and neck pain. Back onto the treadmill came I after 4 weeks off, treading thru the pain so to speak. This week my beloved cat of 15 years was euthanized due to sickness. I came home the day after and hit the treadmill with a vengeance. I have also started yoga for wimps, LOL and can keep up pretty well even with my disability. At 6:30 every evening fit TV comes on and the man that I lost 65 pounds with 20 years ago, Gilad, comes on. I am back doing that as well. I suppose with the back pain issues that covered one month I should feel okay that I gained only 5 of my original lost amount back, and have already taken 2 off. But to weigh 220 this morning, still in "the 20s" was disheartening. THerefore, I blog.
