My Dr is helping me

Tuesday, October 27, 2009

Well after gaining, gaining, gaining my Dr saw the need to put me on an appetite suppressant. I just started today and boy can I notice a difference! I am starting over yet again. My goal right now is to look very nice for my two year anniversary coming up in March. I know I probably won't be at goal however with diet exercise and how with medical help from my Dr I look forward to there being less of me to love in March. Shoot who am I kidding I would like for there to be less of me next week! LOL

I started my ticker over again as of now. Also I will be starting to use body magic next week my sister in law is using it and has positive results so I will give it a try to.

    I wish you well.

I have been on Phentermine for 6 weeks, {I can only take half a pill) and have lost 11.5 pounds. I am feeling so much better. I am down 3 sizes in jeans. I am enjoying the way I feel, so much energy, I am doing what I need to do, and then some. I have not been late to work in over 5 weeks, I am working out before work at Curves, and on the treadmill or exercising before bed most nights.

I wish you well, if you need someone to talk with I am here.

Have a happy and healthy day!
