So when I woke up this morning I wanted to just lay around. . . .
It just wasn't in the cards for me.
Got busy with Cathe's Rhythmic Step for 25mins, then went on to the Firm for 35mins
The I did yoga practice from FitTV:
Then topped it off with Tommy Deters (my Baby!) Kickbox. Here's a taste of it:
Tonight I will do some pilates & light stretches but tomorrow will pilates, walking & yoga & a couple of weight exercises. I just felt motivated so I in turn hope I motivated you!
Just DO IT!
