Live, Laugh, Love. Don't Apologize.

Life is GREAT! I'm so happy right now about so many things in my life that I'm not sure where to start in bringing everyone up to date. I'm going to do bullet points and if you want more info we'll talk in the comments thread.

**New Orleans was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS with Texx. I highly recommend girl time to everyone. I can't wait to plan the next trip.
**Commute ended last Thursday - I'm working 15 min from home 4 days per week and commuting only one day per week.
**New office had just started a wellness program one week prior: lose 10% of your body weight by 2010 (we actually have until 1-14-2010 to meet goal). This is definitely the kind of office I can relate to! Fresh fruit in the break room at all times, wellness walks twice per day, no candy or unhealthy snacks sitting out as temptation...all in time for the holidays. This is GREAT!!!
**Convinced the teenagers in the house to take on the 10% goal with me---so we've dusted off the Wii Fit to track our progress. I have the best teenagers EVER!
**Shorter commute=more treadmill time at home. Heck, I'm home early enough now to walk with the kids before dark!!
**Celebrating 19 happy years of marriage today...we've been together 22 yrs but we were married on this day in 1990.
**Instead of getting 'down' about the lack of effort lately, I've decided to look at all the great things I have in my life: A fabulous life with family & friends, lots of laughter and love beyond measure. I make not apologies for the way I Live, Laugh & Love. It's an amazing place to be!

YAY WENDY!!! What a wonderfully positive blog, soooo glad that you're doing so well!!!
That is a WONDERFUL challenge. It helps when you are going into a plan with co-workers and have that kind of organization. You can SO totally do this!
And with the support you have at home (you do really have great kiddos) this will be such a non-challenge for you.

I've loved your motto. No apologies. That's the way life SHOULD be. You are who you are, and poo on anyone that doesn't like it!
