Day 1 of The Healthy Lifestyle Change

Eating a low-fat diet is soooo hard! It's killing me! Yes, I'm eating things I'm not supposed to have lol but paying for it too! Today I've stayed on track! Juice and grapes for breakfast and lunch and oven-baked fish and mashed potatoes (w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) w/ a Coke Zero (a no-no--didn't know...won't happen again). I'm not sure I'll be able to eat regular food even after my four weeks are up. The low-fat food is not bad it's just me wanting food I'm used to eating and know I can't have! My exercise was Leslie Sansone's 15min Jog and Shaun T's (can't stand his voice! argh!) Hip-hop Abs (thanks Steph). I felt some uncomfortable tugging in my largest incision but I re-postioned myself and carried on. Pretty good for day one.
