Hi Dee, Monday (yesterday) was it for me. I made up my mind I was done making excuses and got back on track. I got up early as I did this morning and did a long walk and continued the day on a positive note by keeping moving and preparing a healthy dinner. I am back on track as I know you are. It is sure is Monday again - only four days until the weekend I'm ready for another great week. I plan on getting more cardio than usual in which should in turn make me more energetic through the week.
I didn't workout with the girls, but I did get my walk in today. I will do something before bed tonight and I will be ready for a another day of college walking tomorrow! Have a great Tuesday my friend! 2852 days ago
