Total weight loss: 34 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2.0 lbs
Well, my trainer said this may happen. Working out with weights can offset any weight loss at first. I guess I am normal then. I swear, I am really beginning to wonder if I will ever get to the 40 lb mark.
I will keep plugging along I guess.......I just gotta keep motivated during the week. Working out this week Mon., Wed., Fri. at the gym and doing cardio on Tues. and Thurs. Eventually, my body should catch up....I hope.
