Staying Serious Week 2 Day 8-Goals for the week

I was truly trying not to break my
this morning. I think it may not be accurate. It kept giving me different readings and I was getting really annoyed. But I finally went with 292 which makes me -7lbs for my first week! Not bad, eh?
This is how I feel
I am thinking about my goals for this week. I will put what I'm thinking of thus far. I may add to it on tomorrow's blog.
1)Go from drinking a minimum of 8 glasses to 9 glasses of water-I pretty much did this last week anyway with the exception of one day I believe.
2)Exercise 5-6x's this week to alternate between BL High Intensity and Boot Camp workouts.
3)Gym 1x this week, possibily 2x's depending on how Saturday goes w/it being Halloween. Might get my workout chasing my preschooler!
4)4-5 f/v a day. This proved to be a little bit of a challenge for me this past week. So I want to get another week under my belt before I up it any more! I know that this & water truly aided me in the weight I lost. I think it helped get the excess water out of my system!
I will think on this some more. Right now my mind's a blank.
