Well, I'm there. Broke the 200 pound mark and hit a weight that I haven't seen for many years. Now comes my next challenge to manage my diet and exercise to maintain a healthy living style. I'm adjusting my daily calorie intake and modifying exercise routine to sustain my new found health and fitness. Moderation remains the key to my success. Blood pressure is under control and anxiety greatly reduced. I'm certain that my physician and specialists will be very pleased with my results.
I know that daily visits to SparkPeople and continued logging into message boards will keep me motivated. I will be interested in seeing where I stand when my 6 month anniversary on SparkPeople arrives in another month on November 25th.
As always, happiness for me lies, first of all, in health.
