Today, was my weigh in day. I am not always able to weigh in on Saturday, but when I am home, I do. Today I was up 1 lb.; and even though that isn't all that bad, I only have 8 weeks to loose 12 lb. to reach my goal.
I have been using the food tracker, on the advice of some very nice ladies who
commented on my previous blog, and that has, I believe, helped me, but in the 7 weeks that I have been using that and all of the other things that I have been doing, I went down 2lb. and now up 1lb.
I know that I can, and will, cut back even more and probably will need to put in another run or hike or something,but it sure is frustrating how hard the weight comes off, but how easily it wil go on.
