Continual Serious Focus-Day 7-Mixed with moderation

Ok, this morning I hopped on the box with the telling numbers aka
and it said I was down another 1.5! Now my official Weigh In (WI)day is Sunday but this means that as of this past Sunday I've lost 6.5lbs!!!! I am so proud of myself and the major adjustments I made in my life/attitude this week.
I worked out 7/7 days this week-I don't remember ever having done this in the past! Last night while I was at the gym, I did 30 min on the treadmill, a little strengthening, then I did another 10 minutes on the eliptical. You don't know what a mental fight that was with myself. But thanks to my iPod Shuffle, I was able to work through the pain and not stare at the time left! Then I did 15 more minutes on the treadmill.
Today I did my BL workout as I have some shopping to do this evening and have a feeling I'll be too pooped to exercise late this evening.
It is wonderful for me to see the changes in myself this week. I'm soo soo proud of myself and what I've accomplished. I realize it's only been one week since I GOT SERIOUS. The plan is to continue to stay serious. I need watch what I am eating and find that delicate balance between eating like there's no tomorrow and starving myself. And I truly feel like I'm right in the middle and achieving that balance!
I am so thankful for everyone who's replied to my blogs this week, sent me goodies and left me comments on my Sparkpage. You all gave me the strength to keep on keepin on and to STAY SERIOUS!
Now, I want to challenge you all to give your weight loss journey your very best efforts. You deserve it and your body won't let you down in the long run. So DO YOU!
