Ok...I've tried lots of diets like all of us. I've paid big money for some. Sure they work--for awhile. I know I need life changes not a new diet and this looks like a place I might be able keep my motivation and not throw more money away on a temporary fix. I find the food diary a bit hard/slow to use so I'm going to keep using the one on my iPod.
Looking for any help to keep my focus and not keep running to the food without thinking!
