I have decided to begin the C25K Program AGAIN! I started it about 3-4 months ago, then life got in my way....NOW IT'S MY TIME!!!!!!

I will keep up with my running days here!

Finished just in time for Christmas...What A GREAT Christmas Present to ME!!!!

The dates will be a little flexable, just so long as I am DONE by Christmas! That IS My Goal Deadline!

I did the same thing as you you...started the program but, never completed it. My sis and I are planning on doing a 5k so, I want to get back to training for it again, but, I think the weather might get in the way! brrr!

    Good luck!! You can do it! I started the C25k in Feb and tonight is my 7th 5k race!! I've also done one 10k and I'm getting ready to do my first Half Marathon next month! I really believe that if I can do it, so can you! I swore I would never ever run. I hated every minute of even trying to do 30 seconds. And look at me now......

    Okay ... as you requested, I'm wishing you luck. Not gonna wish you motivation, because you've either got it or you don't. And personally, I think you got it. BUT ... if you don't you can always turn my way for motivation. (I seem to have a knack for that :-).

Now, what the heck is the C25K program and where do I find more about it? I run, but I don't "run" ... it's a combination of running, walking, jogging, without any plan for improving the distance that I "run". So ... tell me more!!
