Week 3

Week 1 - lost 3 lbs
Week 2 - lost 1 lb
Week 3 - lost 3 lbs woohoo!

Well my goal this week was to wake up early each day and get in 45 mins of good exercise. Im proud to say I did wake up early every single day...BUT the weather only allowed me to go walk for 2.5 days. The days that were raining and blowing cold weather I did not get in any exercise..so I definately need a back up plan there. I know I could do stuff in the house but I really HATE that..and its hard for me to stick with something I dont enjoy. Im looking into a Wii tho...so hopefully that will help and be fun!
I also had a goal of tracking everyday before I eat. I tracked in my head..counting cals as my day went on but I never did it online...nor before I ate. So this week I will work more on that.
Things are going good..I cant complain! This is the point tho where I start to waiver and something happens to where I start struggling and gain everything back. Ive been down that road a million times since having my baby...teeter tottering with lose 10 lbs gain 10 lbs. I want to stay focused and get over this hump once and for all. One day at a time...one decision at a time. I can do it!
Week 4?.......BRING IT!

    Fabulous post Brandy!! I am so proud of how you keep fighting the fight and really gain inspiration from reading your blogs...knowing you struggle just as much as I do...but you ARE doing it!! Just like you said...one day, one HEALTHY decision at a time. You go girl!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Ok, somewhere close is that trigger emotion or thought that keeps kicking you off course. Can you identify this trigger? You CAN get through this... hugs.
