Week 1 - lost 3 lbs
Week 2 - lost 1 lb
Week 3 - lost 3 lbs woohoo!
Well my goal this week was to wake up early each day and get in 45 mins of good exercise. Im proud to say I did wake up early every single day...BUT the weather only allowed me to go walk for 2.5 days. The days that were raining and blowing cold weather I did not get in any exercise..so I definately need a back up plan there. I know I could do stuff in the house but I really HATE that..and its hard for me to stick with something I dont enjoy. Im looking into a Wii tho...so hopefully that will help and be fun!
I also had a goal of tracking everyday before I eat. I tracked in my head..counting cals as my day went on but I never did it online...nor before I ate. So this week I will work more on that.
Things are going good..I cant complain! This is the point tho where I start to waiver and something happens to where I start struggling and gain everything back. Ive been down that road a million times since having my baby...teeter tottering with lose 10 lbs gain 10 lbs. I want to stay focused and get over this hump once and for all. One day at a time...one decision at a time. I can do it!
Week 4?.......BRING IT!
