Getting Back on Track

Lately, I have been gaining weight instead of losing it and I've been trying to lose the same 10 pounds for a very long time. In fact, with the two pounds I gained last week, I am pretty much where I started 14 months ago. Geez, how frustrating. When I was a sophomore in college, I was able to lose 40 pounds. I was dedicated, watched what I ate, and kept track of points. I hated doing this because it was so time consuming. I think I will have to do it again, to make sure that I do not go over my daily limit. I hate to think that I will have to hall around a note book to keep everything written down, but if it means that I can get back on track, then I am willing to do this. I really doin't know what caused me to get off track in the first place. I really want to do this. I don't want to have the heart problems that run in the family when I get older. I want to get healthy now and live that life style the rest of my life. Seeing my mom try on a lot of smaller closthes and have them fit, makes me wish I could do that too. I know I can, I just have to set my mind to it and loose the weight. I may need a little extra motivation from all my friends, but I WILL DO IT!! I have seen my mom lose over 60 pounds. I know that if see can do it, then I can too.
I WILL get skinny and live a healthier life :)
