I got up early and took my kid to work when I got home I had a cup of Celestial Seasons apple spice tea with a scoop of protein . Not to bad.
for lunch Chocolate protein w/ some peanut butter in it.
dinner Chicken broth with some betterMd.com cream of chicken soup strained. Jello SF of course and an orange popsicle SF too.
64 oz of water to boot.
And I have spent the whole day P-ing.
I did go to the gym and did the bike for 30 mins and treadmill for thirty minutes, swam in the pool for 15 mins. then sat in the hot tub for about 15 minutes.
It was good to keep my mind off of stuff.
Did have to go to the grocery to get more chicken broth and SF jello. seems like I didn't stock up on enough.
I have plenty of protein supplements from betterMD.com and protein powder from CVS. but somehow this is going to get boring quick.
My DD made Dinner For Her and my DS. I could smell it cooking ( Chicken Pot pie from scratch) I had to shut my door on my room so I would not want a sniff. LOL
Well going to bed early so I don't think about food. Til Tomorrow!
