    Hi Chris-I love all three things you mentioned. The Jillian book on metabolism is great. I'm about 1/2 through. Always going back to review. Next week I think I'll go on the first week diet. Wish they had a shopping list for week one. There's one for week 2, what happened there? I want the body bug. I'd heard they have a glitch and was waiting to see what's up with that? Let me know. Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks for sharing your experience with the bodybugg. I have always wanted to get one of those and try it, but it will have to wait (putting two kids through college right now)- so in the meantime I will just come listen to your blogs so I can hear about your experience.
