Damn Computers...

I'm been out of pocket lately! Sorry!

My computer caught a virus and got wiped out. I am on a friend's computer today so I thought I'd post and let everyone know what was going on.

Health wise... well... I dunno.

I am finally all signed up for the Gym. I have a 2 year commitment to Anytime Fitness!! WOoo Hooo! And guess what.... I haven't gone once in the week I've been signed up. Why does it always seem that something comes up? I have to move past that. I have put a schedule in my day runner and on Monday the 26th I will begin a steady and constant exercise plan. I can't do it this week. Something is wrong with my car and it's losing gas. No leak or anything, but it's just burning through gas super fast. So I have to be careful to conserve as much as possible. I don't even drive home after taking my daughter to school in the mornings right now. I drop her at school, go 5 minutes to my friends house, stay there all day doing homework, then pick Jordon up and go home. Best way I can do it right now.

Nutrition wise I'm doing fair. I'm making good decisions on my meals. My big problem is that I find myself mindlessly eating at nihgt...A LOT!! I think it has to do with me being alone now. I think that at night I get lonely and sad with Crystal gone and it comes out sideways as over eating. Hmmm well, now that I've identified it what do I do about it?

Well that's life in my world right now...

    I know exactly what you're saying!! LIFE always get in the way of the best plans. My computer has crashed also, so the only time I can check in is at work, so my time on Spark is very limited. And some days I'm blocked from the site, so can't check in at all.
I had a membership for a gym a little over a year ago. For at least 6 months I went very regularly. At least 3 days a week. Then, the excuses came.... just "didn't have time" because I had other things to do. Yeah.... the weight shows it too.
Keep on keepin' on! We CAN do this!!
