I love being off on Wednesdays. It gives me the chance to stop and appreciate things I might not usually. I have extra time to get my daughter ready for school which always turns into quality time with her. That doesn't happen when I am working 10 hour days. She also helps to give me a fresh perspective on life:)
Here is my recap from yesterday. I actually wrote it down in my planner so all I had to do was type today! Exercise & eating healthy must be feeding my brain!
*Consumed 10+ glasses of water-Go me!
*4 f/v-a good Spark buddy has recommended I up this-and I will-but first I need to get back in the habit of eating some as I hadn't been really been consuming that many. BABY STEPS!
*30 Minutes BL Workout Low Intensity-WOOHOO
*Mindful of what I was eating
*Assessed if I was hungry-I considered getting another SF pudding or mousse but stopped & evaluated how I was feeling. I discovered I was full & kept reading my book! BIG STEP for me!!!
I checked the scale and it's going down. That's what I'm talking about. I will go do my grocery shopping this morning so I can get my meals set for the rest of the week!
Let's do this people! WE ARE WORTH IT & WE DESERVE IT!
