4am workout, yep I am nuts!

So last night I decided that I would go to bed early and set my alarm for 5:30am, well at 4am this morning my body was up and ready to go and get exercising, so while I am downloading my workout to my Keychain Trainer I thought I would blog a little. Hope you all have some exciting results this week, I know I will!

    Heh, I haven't even gone to sleep yet! I did my workout around 2am this morning!
