I went home last night and I did my BL Strength & Sculpt last night. I fought through the nauseau-I have that when I do floor work for some reason-and took my time. Pausing the video when I needed to sit up. BUT I DID IT! That's the important thing!
So my end of the day recap:
* 7 out of 8 glasses of water-fell asleep before I realized it.
* Completed Strength & Sculpt BL Workout (20 painful minutes:)
* 4 f/v
* Mindful of what I ate
* Assessed moods while eating
