The most awesome way to sleep

Ever since my husband has been away on this course, I have had a very difficult time sleeping. We all know that real poor sleep leads to poor weight loss efforts. I finally figured out the magic bullet that is not pharmaceutical. Do a light Hatha yoga routine right before bed and I'm out like a light in no time! Not only do you burn calories (roughly 160 according to the sparkpeople tracker thingie) you get so relaxed that you just pass out. I'm so glad a friend of mine reccomended it and gave me a routine to follow. I'll post it in my blog tomorrow because I really don't wanna go upstairs and wake my son up just yet.
