I tell myself this a lot. Not because I want to encourage my own procrastination, but because I have this inability to relax.
I work 10-20 hours a week; I'm in labs 6 hours a week, classes 6 hours a week, plus homework, meetings, and leadership opportunities. I make the time for exercise at expense of some of these things, but I can't push so hard that I suffer and crash.
So I tell myself. I have an ENTIRE lifetime. Just have some fun today. Don't push so hard that you can't walk tomorrow.
You're strong enough for today. Let's move. Let's play.
