How I ate 77,000 calories!

RAYLINSTEPHENS is relieved - the Nutrition Tracker said 77,000 calories!! Oops on me!!

Imagine my surprise when I logged my lunch and dessert only to find I had eaten more than 77,000 calories and no dinner yet!!

I have some ground beef that we have made up into sausage burgers and it is in my "group foods" as a 4 oz burger. Well, I only had 1.5 oz so I meant to type .325 but put in 325 I guess - I think I was down for eating the whole calf!

That is my biggest oops to date. Previously I posted 1 Cup Peanut Butter instead of 1 Tbl, lol, but that was a measly 1500 calories, not 70,000

BTW, my day is 1700 so far.

**I ended the day with 2186 calories, just under my range but on target for my limited Cardio yesterday. I ate 5 more calories than I burned. WooHoo!!

    Love this blog! I have made boo-boos like that when entering. At times I wish I could just scan the food and it would enter itself. Sometimes it gets to be a guessing game. lol. This was a great read for a Monday morning! Thanks for the chuckle! : )

    Rofl...Yep, done similar things...just print STUPID on my forehead...I blame it on age....That is the ONE good thing about getting older...we have something to blame our 'faults and mistakes' on...

    Wow! 70,000 calories! You had me laughing so hard when you said they must have had you down for the whole calf! I had an image of a little calf

    LOl I keep mistyping when I put in my weight, I keep typing a 1 instead of a 2 makes a great weight loss but it is an oops.

Linda how far are you walking these days, and inside or out or both? I have just decided to start walking again and I am only doing 3 10 minute walks a day so far. You have to start at the beginning. Keep up your great work,

You'd better not mess with the food tracker if you have a heart condition! emoticon

It happens to me too, as I sometimes hit the "cup" thing instead of grams... and 100 cups of the most healthy food give quite a lot of calories, I can tell you!

    That's pretty funny. I have noticed sometimes that user entered items are sometimes off. Usually it is not in the calories but rather in the protein/fat/carb breakdown. I've had to delete some entries when that happens.

also, 2 cups of eggs instead of 2 eggs-
I'm always double and triple checking everything.
