Get Serious Goals/Week 1

Ok, just finished a SF Jello Cinnamon Roll pudding-can we say YUM?!?! Did just the right trick. While eating it, I was reading a Spark Friend's blog about setting goals. She did it & I decided that I need to do the same. I want to stay focused as well as accountable to my Spark buddies!
So here we go:
*Daily drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water.
*Do Biggest Loser Workout 5x's a week-alternating one day with Low Intensity and the other with Strength & Sculpt.
*Walk the treadmill & do the eliptical on Friday & Saturday.
*Eat 4 f/v a day.
*Be mindful of what I am placing in my mouth along
*Assess if I'm truly hungry or just bored, emotional, whatever before trying to eat.
I think this is a good starting place. Maybe next week I'll assess my fitness minutes.
