My only hope?

I am so tired of falling off the wagon. Iíve got the exercise down, itís routine. =o) But food?! I canít help but love it! =o( I hear people say if you want it, you can do itÖI want to do it just as much as anybody else and realize Iím the only one that can make it happen with the exception of your support (Thank you)! Whatís my problem? Today I started a new eating plan that includes some foods some may consider forbidden, but in moderation and within my calorie range. We all know what happens when we deprive ourselves of things we love. Perhaps this is the key? Well, here goesÖ

    emoticon I think that everyone's wagon has a loose board here or there. All any of us can do is nail it back on and climb back in. emoticon Good luck & keep counting but don't be so hard on yourself. In the sales world, you must expect a certain percentage of 'no's' to every one 'yes'. Just consider the last attempt one 'no' closer to finding your 'yes'. emoticon

    Good luck, counting calories is the key to it all. Take time to plan meals and snacks, so temptation of forbidden things doesn't creep into your day.

Good for you on keeping up with all the exercising you are doing!! It does sound like you have a plan that doesnt leave you feeling deprived and that's a great thing. I wish you much success and determination to find a way that it will work out for you and that you will see the scale going in the right direction again. I know exactly where you are coming from!!!     Congratulations on your first blog. Keep up the good work. The more you put into you program (blogging, huddling, tracking food and exercise minutes, posting on your team pages, earning spark points) the more you will get out of your program- besides weight loss, you will get emotional support, friends who understand exactly what you are going through, accountability, focus, dependability...and the list goes on...
