So today I am armed with lunch from home. I went to the store yesterday and stocked up on some necessities. Last night, I cooked some shrimp in some Italian FF dressing & seasoning. I made chicken w/peas, cut up onion & red peppers and topped w/mozzarella cheese. I purchased the SF Mousse Temptations (Caramel Creme & Chocolate) and SF Pudding (Cinnamon Roll & Dulce Leche). These are made by Jello.
I decided last night that I will do my Biggest Loser Workout (the original one) for the next 2 weeks. I am planning to do 5 days a week (Sunday- Thursday) and the gym (Friday & Saturday). My mom will be back from France next Thursday so at some point that weekend I hope to get my Jillian Michaels DVDs!
My friend who was kind enough to take my Get Serious pics, ordered some of the Eat This, Not That books. If you get the opportunity to read them, I highly recommend it. I read the yellow cover one (The No Diet Weight Loss Solution):
