Tonight my 7 yr old granddaughter made a comment to me as she was eating her dinner...she said...

"mammie--you always take care of me and pa and never yourself"

Wow..she is right...I never take care of myself first but that is not my job..my job is to take care of my family, like her and her pa. I don't even take a leisurely bath..I take a fast shower and I dress in a hurry I even use the minerals make-up cause it is fast!
Brush Fluff and Go...
Off to work and then home and get things done here, shop if needed and get back in bed...go to sleep fast...so I can get up in the morning and go again!!

I think I need to take some time for me sometime...
SOOooooo.... this weekend I will take Gabby to the Arts and Crafts Fair and we will go to the Right Choices Corn Maze and listen to gospel music and have fun and walk and walk and walk and walk some more....That is MY time...my FUN time with her and, when he can get to me...time out with my DH, laughing and being lazy!! Who needs a long bath every time? Who needs makeup that takes forever to put on? When I get MY time..it is WONDERFUL!!


Yeah..I might not take a lot of time for me but when I do..it is the BEST!!
