this has been a pretty good week. i was a little annoyed with work, but i think my coworkers will get screwed more than i will. i am getting frustrated becuase we are getting more skills assigned to us without getting all the training, system access or compensations (raise/bonus). They are also giving us more thinks that we are being judged on. i have coworkers that are afraid they will loose there jobs because their quality ratings are going to get lower as more of these changes are being made.
