Turkey Trot Training

I'm closing in on the end of OHR with my 54 minute long run scheduled for Sunday. In the interest of always knowing what's next, here's my plan for post OHR to get to my next race on Thanksgiving day:

Mon-Sun R=rest X=cross #=run minutes

After that I'll take a couple weeks to get back to 40-40-60 and firm up the plan for December and January. My next race after Thanksgiving will be the 5K at the Sedona marathon on February 6.
