hey guys!

super quick check in.

I started group health this week, and WOW so much to learn! i've got it handled, and have a ton of skills that apply so the learning curve isnt as bad as i anticipated! ive had to get up at 4 am to be at work at 6:30 am the last two days, and all my training is early morning-- then i'll switch to evenings. GH has a free gym in the admin building i work in (SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!) and i'll take advantage of that when I start working the 2 pm-10:30pm shift. I am SOOOO exhausted!!


despite the fact that I have been on the go, i've lost another pound. I'm consistently eating healthy food while at work and have skipped the fast food on the way home. Unfortunately I'm dying without my fatfree sugar free mochas....being so tired is killing me to function. My schedule is all over the place and long long hours so its tough to get thru the day. I guess i'll keep a mocha a day as my vice as long as i can fit it in and it keeps me humming!

I love the new job though-- everyone smiles at you in the halls. everyone says hi! everyone is so helpful, i look forward to being at work :-)


I'm so happpy things have turned around! gotta hit the hay.... early day tomorrow!

    That sounds WONDERFUL! One thing that works for me instead of the calorie rich coffees (and it is a subsitute for me because I was definitely hooked before) is sugar free Rockstars. (or any other energy drink). When you are really tired, it brings you back to normal and helps you deal with that severe fatigue.

Way to go on all the healthy habits going on even with all the change! You are doing AWESOME!
