Forging Ahead.

I've been ill this past week. Thanks to my grandkids. They brought home a virus, and decided to share. Aren't they sweet? So today is the first day I can get back to my exercise program, as even yesterday, I ended up with a fever in the afternoon. Still coughing a lot, but I'm pushing ahead. I missed being to be on my program. I guess it's becoming a big part of me already. And I'm so pleased about that. But I will slowly forge on ahead and get better at it as time goes by. My goal and aim, is to try to lose 10 lbs., between now and the end of December, at one lb. a week.
