It really bothers me that my "TOM" (time of the month) I eat like crazy! And it isn't just the week I have my period it's the week before maybe even a week and a half before, my hormone spikes are crazy and I eat and never feel satisifed or full. I try to get a handle on it I just need to have more contol, anyone have any suggestions I'll take them?
And the spike in hormones and food/sugar spikes makes me that much more moody, my poor husband. It also clouds my mind, I lack clarity and discipline. Just something that's been weighing on my mind. I thought if I got it out there it might be easier to handle.
