just a quick vid about how much you can burn if you really bring it in one of these workouts

I wish I burned that many calories during Insanity. I only burn about 320 -350 calories per 40 minute workout. I am so JEALOUS of you. I am not using a heart rate monitor. I am using a Body Media Fit meter. Maybe it can't keep up? Maybe I should just use my regular heart rate monitor? What do you think? I am sweating and practically killing myself for what seems like nothing. emoticon emoticon

Great idea for a vid. You've convinced me to do Insanity.

What kind of monitor is that?

I do a variety of exercises, but never heard of insanity. Is it a video tape, machine, class?? Please let me know, I and appreciate the tip on the heart watch. What brand name is it? I started at 148lbs. and am now at 130lbs since January. I am over 50 and the weight just doesn't come off like it use to! I'm open for new techniques! GREAT JOB! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Great idea for the video! I wear a heart rate monitor that counts calories and Insanity is a fantastic way to burn through them as you show!! I usually burn around 800 calories in 45 minutes or so. Once I get to the max workouts though I would expect it to be in the thousand range or so :) Thanks again for the great post - cool video idea!

I'm so glad someone has heard of Insanity! I just recently learned about it and was curious whether it was worth it or not, as I hear it is kinda spendy. Let me know! You seem stoked about it so far so this is good! Great job!

take your before, in the middle and efter photos, and log your body measurements and go by this more than numbers on a watch..
