Yesterday,after reading one of my Spark Friends blogs, the gears started turning in my head. I am not working my plan the way I need to. Truth be told, I donít really have a plan. But I plan to change that very soon. Itís all about the steps, Baby Steps that isÖ
My Baby Step Program
Step 1: Prayer at least 2xís a day.
Step 2: Drink a minimum of 64oz of water each day.
Step 3: Buy a pedometer. I want to find a good one.
Step 4: Go to the gym every Friday or Saturday.
These are my starter baby steps. I am also going to post these on my Spark page to keep me mindful of what I need to do. I will add/edit my steps as needed. I know that I want to incorporate my Jillian Michaels DVDs once they arrive at the end of the week. It is so important for me to follow my program, even if it's only one step at a time! The steps will add up to a healthier, smarter, more fit and overall better me!
