This is taking longer than I thought, along with the new changes to the fitness tracker...so while I've maintained my exercise routines, I've been playing around with to see how I can manipulate the new format to match my how I like to arrange my exercises and yet minimize the keystrokes needed to record my daily activities (time is precious)...I've weaved some additional time into pulling the new plan together, and now with both feet/legs working well and feeling quite pleased with how I have been able to maintain--the goals are: 1) continue to work towards my goal of 125#; 2) build more muscle definition; and 3)maintain a healthy nutritional balance.
