I heard about this book and decided to give it a try. It makes sense for sure. I really want to loose 10-12lbs. So I'm hoping this will be the jump start I need. The foods that are restricted for my blood type are all foods which I feel when I eat the scale tends to be up. Some of the healthy foods I love are also on this list so we'll see how the progress goes. I have to come up with some meal plans but I am going to commit to this until the end of the year and see how it goes.
